Parisma welcomes international orders. We ship to international locations world wide via Jersey, Fedex and Jersey Post worldwide shipping service. For international orders, your shipping options include Jersey Post Standard (3-10 business days), Fedex Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days) and Fedex Worldwide Express (1-3 business days). All other international orders are shipped by Jersey Post Worldwide Expedited (3-7 business days). How much is shipping to international locations?

What is your policy regarding duties, taxes and brokerage fees?
For orders shipped to destinations outside of the Channel Islands, Parisma Limited is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Furthermore, Parisma is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. Custom, personalized or special order items require additional lead time and you are welcome to contact the Parisma Team to provide delivery and lead time information, prior to placing your order. For international orders and orders with multiple items, the stated lead time may be extended by 1-5 business days. How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
The Parisma Team want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain information and authorisation on the return of your order. We will not accept any returns without notification and prior authorization. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment, or replace your item, less any shipping charges associated with the returned item(s). Please send authorized retuns in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Parisma Limited within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 44 1534 738562 to initiate a claim. Parisma Limited is not responsible for breakage, damage or melting on perishable items due to the extended transit time and possible customs delays. Parisma Limited is also not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS and Fedex). However, Parisma Limited will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
What if my country is not listed in the bill to or ship to address fields when checking out?
Parisma lists the majority of the countries in the bill to and ship to address drop down menus. If you do not see your country listed, please send an email to info@parisma.co.uk and we will update our website accordingly within 48 hours in order for your order to be processed.
