Definitions

The Company means Parisma Ltd The Customer or you, means the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the company.

Payment

Payment can be made online using credit card, debit card or by paypal or by post with personal cheque or postal order. Any payment sent via post must be adequately insured. We cannot take responsibility for payments lost in the post. Payments made by cheque require 5 working days to clear prior to order despatch. If payment is made by any of the following: Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, and Delta the transaction will be handled by Protx.

Despatch

Items in stock will be despatched immediately with delivery in 3 to 5 days. If payment has been made by cheque items will be despatched after funds have cleared.

Orders

Any goods, services or information displayed on this web site should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the web site.
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Parisma of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.

Delivery

All items will be delivered by well known courriers and will be insured and trackable. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Prices

Whilst Parisma will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom. Our prices are subject to change - Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion.

Damages and Shortages

The customer shall report any damage or shortage to the company and the carriers within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice of transit damage or loss is given and provided it is proved to the company's satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit in the UK but not otherwise, the company will refund, repair or replace such items free of charge to the customer.

Ownership and Risk

The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Returns

If you wish to return any faulty item you must contact us first and return the items by an insured postal method within 7 days

Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Distance Selling Regulations

The terms and conditions of sale detailed below are provided for your information, in line with legislation contained in Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions.

Distance Selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications. Goods returned have to be unused, complete and in A1 resalable condition including original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the customer.

To cancel the contract under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation with the company must be contacted in writing at the above address within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods to the company before a refund can be processed. The company cannot be held responsible for goods returned without proper identification
